Karen Vergara, CPA

Karen Vergara was born in Colombia and moved to the U.S. at age 11 without knowing a word of English. She graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.

She has been recognized by the Florida Institute of CPAs as “26 under 36”, has been featured in the Latino Leaders Magazine for her involvement with ALPFA, a Latino Professional Association, and is a recipient of the National Academy of Finance Alumni Award.

Karen became interested in personal finances at a young age and with the guidance of her mom, bought her first investment property at age 19. Since then, she has learned to build wealth through real estate and enjoys teaching others how to do the same. 

She is currently a financial advisor with AllGen Financial. Karen is passionate about her work with individuals, especially women, in their quest for Financial Freedom and outrageous generosity. 

Most recently, she experienced a life-changing mental, physical, and spiritual journey and is excited to share how the Gospel transformed her life.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, attending spiritual retreats, and traveling around the world with her husband Jorge and son, Felipe.
