Leadership Lab for Ministry Leaders

Leadership Lab for Ministry Leaders

Thanks to a leadership development grant, Family Bridges has been awarded funding to invest in ministry leaders who are committed to building healthy leaders, strengthening marriages and families, and expanding their impact within their churches and communities.

Churches selected for this initiative will receive Leadership Scholarships for their ministry leaders, covering the full cost of the 4C Leadership Series from BridgesXL, implementation coaching, leadership assessments, and practical leadership resources. Family Bridges ambassadors, coaches, volunteers, and affiliate leaders are also eligible to participate.

This is more than a training opportunity, it is a strategic investment in the future of your church and the people you serve.

Because scholarship funding is limited, only a select number of ministry leaders will be invited to participate in this grant-funded leadership cohort.

Dates & Times:

  • August 29, 2026 (10:00 am - 4:00 pm) | Online & In-Person, Location TBD
  • September 26, 2026 (10:00 am - 4:00 pm) |  Online & In-Person, Location TBD
  • October 27 2026 (7:00 pm - 9:00 pm) | Online Only

Participant Commitments

Because each scholarship represents a significant investment, participating churches agree to:

  • Identify and register their ministry leadership team.
  • Participate in at least two leadership development programs within the 4C Leadership Series.
  • Attend all scheduled cohort sessions (August 29, September 26, October 27)
  • Complete the leadership personality assessment.
  • Schedule an individual coaching session with Dr. Alicia La Hoz to review assessment results, leadership strengths, and personalized growth strategies.
  • Meet with the Family Bridges team following the cohort to discuss next steps for strengthening marriages, families, and leadership within their church.

The Value of the Scholarship

Each Leadership Scholarship represents an investment of more than $5,000 per participant—the typical value of leadership development programs offered through BridgesXL to corporate and executive leaders.

Through this grant, Family Bridges is able to remove the financial barrier so ministry leaders can access executive-level leadership development at no cost to their church. Participants will gain practical tools, coaching, and evidence-based strategies that strengthen their leadership today while equipping their church for greater impact tomorrow.

We believe healthy churches are led by healthy leaders. This initiative reflects our commitment to investing in leaders who are dedicated to strengthening families, transforming communities, and advancing God's Kingdom.

"This scholarship is our way of saying that we believe in your church and in the work God is doing through your ministry. Rather than asking you to invest financially at the beginning, Family Bridges has chosen to invest in you first. Our hope is that, as we walk together and earn your trust, this scholarship becomes the beginning of a long-term partnership to strengthen leaders, families, and communities."
