GROWTH is an evidence-based curriculum created by Family Bridges in 2010. It covers core topics such as communication skills, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, knowledge of the benefits of marriage, and stress and anger management. It is a state-of-the-art curriculum that includes professionally produced video vignettes (in Spanish and English) that demonstrate the healthy marriage and relationship education (HMRE) skills being practiced both at home and at work. GROWTH integrates evidenced-based theories in an effective conflict-resolution model that helps individuals understand conflict and solve problems.
